TOM RHOADES

Tom and his wife, Dayna, have two sons, Evan, a 2011 graduate of Homestead, and Andrew a 2015 graduate of Homestead. Although Tom chose a career in law enforcement, he has remained connected to education. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies education. He was a D.A.R.E. instructor and trainer during his career in law enforcement, and has coached baseball and basketball for over 10 years. He is committed to education and ensuring that our students are prepared for the future.

Vice President, Board of School Trustees

Brad Mills and his wife, Kimberly, have four children. Bradley '11, Mallory '13, an 8th grade daughter Meghan '21, and Matthew '22 . Brad grew up in Huntington County and Kimberly in Terre Haute, Indiana. After moving several times to follow their careers, they decided to relocate their family to the SACS school district in 1997 before their oldest son entered kindergarten. They enjoy sports and the family has spent much of their free time attending the children's various sporting events. Brad has participated in several triathlons and completed a full Ironman (Wisconsin) in 2013.

Jennifer Couch and her husband, Austin, have a son who graduated from Homestead High School in 2008, as well as a daughter who graduated from Homestead High School in 2018. They also have a daughter that currently attends Homestead High School and will graduate in the Class of 2020.  Last, but not least, their youngest daughter is an 8th grader at Summit Middle School.

MEAGAN MILNE
Member, Board of School Trustees

Meagan Milne and her husband, David Milne (HHS '85), are proud and thankful to have raised two SACS graduates:  William (HHS '18) and Catherine (HHS '19).  As the daughter of parents in the teaching profession, Ms. Milne has always valued education and been interested in how to help students thrive.  A strong supporter of public schools, Ms. Milne has volunteered extensively in both SACS and in Carmel-Clay Schools.  After four years as SACS president and in the final year of her second, four-year term, Ms. Milne is excited for the future of SACS.
