New Internet Filter - 2nd student week

The replacement of the blade server seemed to have a positive result that internet use at SACS was improved, but not enough as fast as it should be. 

CMT continued to work on the slowness issue at SACS with iBoss technical support. Changes were made and improvement was noticed but internet was still too slow, but usable.

Students complained that internet at home was extremely slow. The slowness made it almost impossible to use the internet at home. So CMT added this to our troubleshooting work.

While at home, students are filtered using iBoss as an internet based filter. In other words, the internet page requests go to iBoss for filtering before being allowed for student viewing.
