New Internet Filter - After Hardware Replacement
September 5, 2017
The iBoss hardware appears to have solved the issue of internet slowness on the SACS network.
So CMT and iBoss focused on troubleshooting slow internet of students at home.
Part of our troubleshooting steps is to take student laptops to Starbucks and Coventry ACPL. In addition, we have CMT staff with students and so we take them to their homes for testing.
Homestead HS administration setup a Google sheet for them to comment and identify issues they were having. This helped the CMT focus further on the slowness issues.
