FLEX DAYS
Second Semester Dates 

SACS Flex Days are school days where students access their learning from home, asynchronously, completing work posted to Canvas at their own pace, on their own schedule.  

Flex Days - Grades K-8

Flex Days - Homestead High School Grades 9-12 only 

Because of mandatory in-person state testing requirements for all juniors and some seniors, Homestead High School has added an additional Flex Day date, Thursday, February 11, to the high school calendar ONLY!

Both February Flex Day dates, February 1 and 11, require ALL juniors (and those seniors identified and contacted by their academic counselors prior) to report to school for the ISTEP+ Math and English test. 

All non-testing freshmen, sophomores and most seniors will observe the Flex Days from home.
