SACS Onsite Clinic

Employees of SACS, as well as their families, have access to a healthcare clinic conveniently located in the new Citadel Building. Take care of your minor medical needs—from sore throats to blood pressure checks to blood glucose testing—in a clinic created just for you.
 

Location - Homestead High School's Citadel Building
4330 Homestead Road, Door 1
(enter the campus on Indian Meadows Drive, next to the SACS Central Office Building, and then turn right on to the Spartan Roundabout. The clinic is located just west of the high school in the Citadel Building, next to the football stadium. The entrance to the clinic parking lot is located at the end of the Spartan Roundabout.)

SACS Health Clinic 

A Nurse Practitioner and phlebotomist are available during clinic hours.

Tuesday: 2:30pm - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 6:30am - 10:00am

Thursday: 2:30pm - 5:30pm

Friday: 6:30am - 2:30pm

The SACS Clinic will be open on remote and eLearning days unless Allen County is under a Travel Warning or Travel Watch and the district is "closed". 

If Allen County is under a Travel Advisory or Travel Watch and the district is "open", the SACS Clinic will be open.
