Dates: Sundays April 13, 27, May 4, 2025 and Monday, May 5, 2025 Registration Deadline: **Friday, March 28th before 12pm Fee: $220.00 and must have access to computer and internet. PREREQUISITES: **Participant MUST by 15 years old by May 5, 2025. **Jump into the water from the side, totally submerge, recover to the surface and swim 150 yards. After swimming 150 yards, maintain position at the surface of the water without support for 2 minutes by treading. After maintaining position at the surface of the water for 2 minutes, swim 50 more yards. While swimming, you must swim continuously, keeping your face in the water and demonstrating good breath control. You may use the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both. Swimming on the back or side is not permitted. Goggles are allowed. **You have 1 minute and 40 seconds to complete the following sequence: starting in the water swim 20 yards, surface dive 7-10 feet and retrieve a 10 lb brick, return to the surface and swim on your back 20 yards back to the starting point holding the brick with both hands keeping your face at the surface of the water, swimming the distance under water is not permitted, exit the water without using a ladder. **Goggles are not allowed. ***The prerequisites need to be completed BEFORE March 28th before 12pm*** Actual Date and Time: (PARTICIPANT MUST ATTEND ALL CLASSES FOR THE ENTIRE LENGTH. THERE WILL BE NO MAKE-UP DATES) Sunday, April 13th @ 7am-4:30pm Sunday, April 27th @ 7am-4:30pm Sunday, May 4th @ 7am-2:30pm Monday, May 5th @ 3:30-8:30pm. This will be an extra class only if needed.
