Southwest Allen County Schools (SACS) Board of Trustees is looking for a dynamic leader to lead our district in preparing today’s learners for tomorrow’s opportunities.

The Southwest Allen County School District is an award-winning, growing, school corporation that serves 7,700 students: six (6) elementary schools; two (2) middle schools; and one (1) high school.  We are home to dedicated staff, passionate teachers, and a generous community that values and supports education. We are focused in our efforts and do our best for students each and every day. We value hard work, attention to craft, tenacity, and resiliency in ourselves and in our students.

  • Letter of Intent

  • Completed and signed APPLICATION
  • Response to all application questions
  • Copy of valid Indiana Superintendent license or evidence of qualifications
  • College/University credentials and transcripts
  • Three (3) current letters of reference (two years or less)
