Super Shot - Flu Shots

SACS Families, 

In partnership with Super Shot, Southwest Allen County Schools will be providing FLU Vaccine Injections at your child’s school on September 25, 2023. If you would like to participate in this event, please see the attached flyer and follow the link or scan the QR code and sign up. After signing up, please expect a text message for registration to the number provided closer to our flu event. This registration link must be completed for your child to participate in the school clinic. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact Super Shot directly. If you need translation services, please also contact Super Shot directly.

Most health insurance plans cover the cost of vaccines. Check with yours to know your coverage. Super Shot is required to bill insurance. If the child does not have insurance, you will not be turned away for inability to pay.
